This 5,200 square foot home with three bedrooms and three and a half baths was completed in August 2015. The beauty of wood is featured throughout in the reclaimed heart pine flooring and staircase, and custom reclaimed cypress cabinetry.

The house was designed by Hingham architect, Alan Kearney, though many of the interior and exterior details were a result of a collaboration between the homeowner and Vinland Construction. The overall aesthetic evident throughout this house is a testament to the creative elements that Vinland Construction excels at introducing into a project. The house also includes a beautiful sitting room, complete with cypress fireplace surround, cypress cornice moldings and coffered ceiling. All millwork and design were done in-house by the skilled craftsman of Vinland Construction.
