Ground was broken in August and the house was done the following June. Given normal Vineyard experience everyone was amazed by this but it was due to the real commitment that the crew had to the schedule. The house came in on budget. There were no overruns or upselling. Most importantly, it was apparent they cared. They wanted to build the best possible house and they took great pride in their work. I cannot speak too highly of Vinland Construction.”
